1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by jlttt (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), along with jlttt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jlttt, a gaming platform operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

jlttt reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of jlttt following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use jlttt, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. jlttt will verify your age during the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access jlttt. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) account with jlttt. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion orders, either self-imposed through jlttt or imposed by PAGCOR or any other Philippine gaming authority.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or jurisdiction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To participate in real-money gaming at jlttt, you must complete the account registration process:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. All information must match the government-issued identification you will be required to submit for verification.

3.2 KYC Verification

As required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, jlttt will require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identification include: Philippine national ID (PhilSys), Philippine driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, passport issued by the Republic of the Philippines, or other government-issued photo identification bearing your legal name and date of birth.

jlttt reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your jlttt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Allowing another person to access your account constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlttt account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by jlttt;
• Never share your password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jlttt support;
• Notify jlttt immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when accessing jlttt from shared or public devices.

jlttt will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You are fully liable for all transactions and activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify jlttt of a suspected security breach. jlttt will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

jlttt accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (via InstaPay and PESONet), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your legal name. jlttt aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes during business hours, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems and verification requirements.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. jlttt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing time.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests that do not meet minimum thresholds or exceed daily/weekly limits will be rejected or held pending resolution.

5.3 Bonus Fund Restrictions

Funds derived from bonuses, promotions, or free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full details on bonus terms and rollover requirements.

5.4 Fees

jlttt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank) may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or service fees. You are solely responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on jlttt are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment overseen by trained personnel. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and reflect long-term statistical outcomes over millions of game rounds.

jlttt does not manipulate game outcomes. Any allegation of game manipulation must be supported by substantial evidence and will be investigated in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution protocols.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on jlttt has specific rules governing gameplay, bet limits, payout structur e, and payout calculations. These rules are accessible within each game's help section. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that materially affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, jlttt reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant accounts. jlttt's determination of whether a technical malfunction has occurred is final, subject to PAGCOR's review process.

Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Winnings resulting from a game malfunction, display error, or software fault do not constitute valid winnings and will not be paid out.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jlttt reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for confirming applicable limits before placing wagers.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

7.1 General Bonus Terms

jlttt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, time limits, and wagering (rollover) requirements. These terms are stated in full on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x rollover requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money deposits and winnings derived exclusively from non-bonus funds are not subject to rollover restrictions.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

jlttt reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. The following activities may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds without notice:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Using VPN services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Low-risk wagering strategies (e.g., betting opposite outcomes simultaneously) designed to meet rollover requirements without meaningful game engagement;
• Providing false information in connection with a bonus claim;
• Any other activity that jlttt determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system.

7.4 Modification and Cancellation

jlttt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus, promotion, or loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Players who are in the process of meeting rollover requirements at the time of a promotion's termination will be given a reasonable period to complete the wagering requirement, as determined by jlttt on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlttt and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Any attempt to deceive jlttt through false identity information, fraudulent payment claims, or misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Money Laundering: Using jlttt's payment system to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activities. jlttt complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required;
• Collusion: Any agreement between two or more players to coordinate bets, share cards, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players in any game;
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to interact with jlttt games, circumvent security measures, or conduct transactions without human oversight;
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, or payment system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploitation of system errors must be returned and the player's account may be permanently closed;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after depositing funds at jlttt. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in account termination and collection action for outstanding amounts;
• Underage Gaming: Attempting to register, access, or play at jlttt if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Third-Party Account Use: Accessing, operating, or placing bets on behalf of another person's jlttt account.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on jlttt, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, and multimedia content (the "Content"), is the property of jlttt or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Content without jlttt's prior written consent;
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on the Content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software components of the Platform;
• Use of jlttt's trademarks, trade names, or service marks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jlttt's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

jlttt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jlttt makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlttt, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or game error;
• Losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.

In all cases, jlttt's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to jlttt in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager at jlttt. jlttt accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through the Platform. You agree that you participate in all games at your own risk, and that gambling decisions are made freely, voluntarily, and in full knowledge of the associated financial risks.

11. Disputes and Complaint Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a complaint regarding any game outcome, transaction, or Platform issue, you must first contact jlttt's customer support team. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or by email to the support address listed on the Platform. Please include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the relevant game or transaction reference number, and a clear description of your complaint.

jlttt aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a full response within seven (7) business days of receiving all required information. Complex disputes may require additional time for investigation.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you are not satisfied with jlttt's internal resolution of your complaint, you may escalate your dispute to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official complaint channels. jlttt cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all dispute resolution proceedings and accepts PAGCOR's determinations as binding.

11.3 No Waiver

Participation in the dispute resolution process does not constitute a waiver of any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.

12. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

12.1 Termination by jlttt

jlttt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or AML-related activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Upon termination for cause, jlttt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your jlttt account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after completion of all applicable verification checks.

12.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wagering, or withdrawal activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlttt may charge an administrative fee on inactive account balances as notified in the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended;
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended;
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012);
• Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000);
• Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically the appropriate Regional Trial Court with jurisdiction over the place of jlttt's principal business operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

These Terms, together with jlttt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlttt regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
