- Identity Verification Services: Third-party KYC and document verification providers engaged by jlttt to authenticate government-issued identification;

- PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: Government entities may share information with jlttt in connection with regulatory compliance requirements or investigations.
5. How We Use Your Personal Data
jlttt processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:
5.1 Account Management and Service Delivery
To register and maintain your jlttt account, verify your identity and eligibility, process deposits and withdrawals, provide access to games and platform features, and manage your account preferences and settings.
5.2 Regulatory Compliance
To fulfill jlttt's legal obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and other applicable Philippine laws. This includes conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required, and responding to lawful requests from competent Philippine government authorities.
5.3 Security and Fraud Prevention
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, account compromise, money laundering, collusion, and other prohibited activities. jlttt's security systems analyze gaming patterns, transaction behavior, and device fingerprinting data to identify anomalies that may indicate unauthorized account access or abusive behavior.
5.4 Responsible Gaming
To monitor player gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling behavior, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion restrictions set by players, send responsible gaming alerts, and comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. Gaming data is processed specifically to help protect players who may be at risk.
5.5 Customer Support
To respond to your support inquiries, resolve disputes, process complaints, and maintain records of interactions for quality assurance purposes. Support communications may be recorded and reviewed by jlttt's quality management team.
5.6 Communications and Marketing
To send you transactional communications (account statements, security alerts, withdrawal notifications), service updates, and — where you have provided explicit consent — promotional communications about jlttt offers and features. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting jlttt support.
5.7 Platform Improvement
To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving jlttt's platform performance, game library curation, user experience design, and feature development. Anonymized analytics data cannot be used to identify individual players.
6. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jlttt relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with jlttt's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, AML legislation, and tax requirements;
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security, platform integrity, responsible gaming monitoring, and quality improvement — where such processing does not override your fundamental privacy rights;
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications and optional features where you have provided explicit, informed consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
jlttt does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. jlttt shares personal data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of jlttt's business assets, personal data held by jlttt may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the acquiring entity being bound by privacy obligations no less protective than those in this Policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer affecting the handling of their personal data.
7.4 With Your Consent
jlttt may share your data with third parties in other circumstances where you have provided explicit, specific, and informed consent for the particular sharing arrangement.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
jlttt uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and collect technical usage data. The following types of cookies are used:

jlttt does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the jlttt Platform.

- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data fields, including identity document data and financial identifiers, are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms;
- Access Controls: Personal data is accessible only to jlttt personnel and service providers who require it for their specific job functions, governed by role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege;
- Account Security: Two-factor authentication options, login anomaly detection, and automatic session expiry on inactivity protect individual accounts from unauthorized access;
- Security Audits: jlttt conducts periodic security assessments of its platform infrastructure and engages third-party penetration testers to identify and remediate vulnerabilities;
- Staff Training: All jlttt personnel with access to personal data receive mandatory data privacy and security training.
While jlttt applies commercially reasonable security standards, no online system is entirely immune to security risks. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jlttt will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the Data Privacy Act's breach notification requirements.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by jlttt:

Note that jlttt is legally required to retain certain data (KYC records, transaction data) for regulatory periods regardless of erasure requests.
11.5 Right to Object
The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting jlttt support. 12. Children's Privacy and Minors
jlttt's services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR's regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. jlttt does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory component of jlttt's KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source (or held pending further investigation), and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered at jlttt in violation of the age restriction, please contact jlttt support immediately with relevant identifying details. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.

For material changes that significantly affect how your personal data is used, jlttt will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through an in-Platform notification. Minor updates that do not materially affect player rights or data handling practices may be implemented without individual notification.
Continued use of jlttt following the posting of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an updated Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure through jlttt support.
14. Contact and Data Privacy Inquiries
For any questions, concerns, or requests related to this Privacy Policy or jlttt's handling of your personal data, please contact jlttt's Data Protection Officer. Support contact details are published within the Platform's support section.
All data privacy inquiries will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and substantively responded to within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of all required information. Complex requests may require additional time; jlttt will communicate expected timelines where this is the case.
